Q. What if the call only takes 10 minutes?
A. There is no charge for any calls that are resolved within 10
minutes.Q. What if you can't help me?
A. There will be no charge. We don't bill you until the incident has
been resolved.
Remote Connection Support: $10/incident
If necessary, we can connect via the internet to your pc to further
assist you. This is an add on package to a Phone Support
incident.
On-site Support: $60/hour [Residential Customers] || $100/hour [Business Customers]
Unlimited Service Contracts:
Pricing based on number of computers and hardware peripherals.
